Who We Are

As a small, family-run consultancy, Spectrum has worked in the field of autism and neurodevelopmental presentations for over 20 years, and more recently has branched out into working to support those struggling with trauma, particularly amongst marginalised groups such as autistic parents/families, and professionals working in digital forensics. Fiona Gullon-Scott leads on clinical work, training and consultancy linked to autism and ADHD, and Paul Gullon-Scott leads our forensic mental health arm. Together with a small team of clinical and higher assistant psychologists, we provide diagnostic assessments, training, and wider consultancy across the UK.

Mission

We are passionate about private specialist assessments being as accessible as possible to all. Whilst not a social enterprise, we nevertheless pride ourselves on keeping fees for diagnostic assessments low so that our assessments are not out of reach. Our autism and ADHD diagnostic assessment services run at a 'break even' rate, with the Team giving their skills and time at reduced costs compared to other providers.

Wider training and consultancy services, whilst also competitively priced, help us to operate in this way.

Vision

Spectrum is underpinned by a passion for social justice. Our vision is one of future where people are appropriately supported & where discrimination & exclusion are challenged. Both Fiona & Paul are active in research & policy work linked to their areas of expertise, & hope that through our assessment, training, & consultancy services Spectrum can play a small role in improving the lives for those we work with.
