Our typical process is outlined below.

Initial Screening
We provide initial screening and triage free of charge. If we feel the assessment is not right for you (e.g., autism or ADHD looks unlikely) we will let you know and you will pay no costs.
We will discuss alternatives and can help signpost to more appropriate services.

Background Clinical Interview
If we move on from screening, the next stage is a detailed background interview to gather data to inform the formal assessment process.
Following completion of this assessment we provide a written report, and invoice £500.
If following this interview we feel full assessment is not appropriate we will discuss this and support referral to alternative services, otherwise we proceed to formal diagnostic assessment.

Diagnostic Assessment
Full diagnostic assessment typically includes psychometrics, informant reports, structured diagnostic interviews, and (for children) school observation / information.
Assessment involves multiple appointments across several weeks.
On completion, & once diagnostic decision has been given, we invoice remaining fees.
A detailed & personalised report is provided, with recommendations, and we communicate the diagnosis to your GP. We also offer a free follow-up appointment.
